Sheikh Al Farhoud speaks of Adjudication;its basics and difficulties faced by on next Tuesday
Lawyers Committee chooses Al Saleh a Chief of Committee and Al-Qahtani his representative for 2011
Asharqia Chamber represented by Lawyers and Legal Advisers Committee hosts the Judge of General Court in Dammam Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamoud Al Farhoud on next Tuesday January 25, 2011 , who speaks on many topics on the subject of Adjudication ; its basics ,importance and difficulties faced by in this regard..Meeting will be held in the Chamber headquarter in Dammam .
Meeting will also discuss the document of Adjudication ,judicial process, evidence and argumentation including legal reasoning set forth by opposing parties or litigants to come to a decision which determines rights and obligations between the parties involved, and matters of informing the sentenced, compensation for damage charges..
On the other hand ; Committee of lawyers and legal advisers have chosen Khaled Al Saleh as Chief of the Committee, and Ayed bin Mohsen Al Qahtani as his representative, confirming the agenda and dates for meetings of the Committee for the year 2011.
